(hereinafter referred to as "Torrance", "the Company", or "the Issuer") intends to apply for an initial public offering of shares and listing on the ChiNext market (hereinafter referred to as "this securities issuance" or "this issuance"), and has engaged China International Capital Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "CICC", "the Sponsor", or "this institution") to act as the sponsor for the initial public offering and listing on the ChiNext market.
CICC and its sponsor representatives have acted in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Initial Public Offering of Shares, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Guidelines for the Content and Format of Listing Sponsorship Letters for Initial Public Offerings, the Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on the ChiNext Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and other relevant laws, regulations, and provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC") and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE"). We have acted with honesty, trustworthiness, and due diligence, strictly following legally established business rules and industry self-regulatory standards to issue this listing sponsorship letter, and we guarantee that the documents issued are true, accurate, and complete.
