The 16th meeting of the 2nd Board of Directors of Guoke Tiancheng Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was held on April 15, 2026, via communication. The meeting notice and materials were sent to all directors by email on April 12, 2026. The meeting was chaired by Chairman Luo Juedian, with 7 directors required to attend and all 7 actually participating. Senior management of the company attended the meeting. The meeting was conducted in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Articles of Association, and other relevant regulations, and was deemed legal and valid.
