On June 2, 2026, the Company held the 12th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors, where the proposal regarding the appointment of the Company Secretary was reviewed and approved. Upon nomination by the Chairman of the Company, the Nomination Committee conducted a qualification review, and the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Li Jianbang (resume attached) as the Company Secretary, effective from the date of the Board's approval until the end of the current Board's term. Mr. ZHONGBIN SUN, the Chairman of the Company, will no longer act as the Company Secretary.
