The meeting was notified via email to all board members on May 25, 2026. A total of 9 directors should attend, and 9 directors actually attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by the chairman. The company secretary announced the meeting notice, collection, invitation, and relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association.
