Starry Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its subsidiaries, for the needs of daily operations and business development, have confirmed the related party transactions for 2025 by category and have reasonably forecasted the related party transactions for 2026.
The Company held the fourth meeting of the second session of the Board of Directors on March 9, 2026, and deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Confirmation of 2025 Annual and 2026 Annual Forecast of Related Party Transactions of the Company and its Subsidiaries." Ms. Chen Xuanni, a related director, recused herself from voting on this proposal. This matter has been reviewed by the Independent Directors' Special Committee of the Company and unanimously approved by all independent directors.
