- The application materials show that the total amount of funds to be raised from the issuance of shares to specific targets will not exceed 960 million yuan. After deducting issuance expenses, the net proceeds will be used for the Wuhu Automotive Interior Intelligent Manufacturing Base Construction Project (hereinafter referred to as the "Wuhu Project"), the Thailand Production Base Construction Project (hereinafter referred to as the "Thailand Project"), the Core Production Equipment Digital Iterative Upgrade Project (hereinafter referred to as the "Technical Upgrade Project"), and for supplementing working capital. The Wuhu Project will build a new automotive interior functional and decorative parts production base in Wuhu, Anhui, to enhance the company's production capacity and scale, and promote the company's intelligent production transformation by building intelligent production lines. It is estimated that after reaching full production, it will increase the company's average annual operating income by 464.3051 million yuan (excluding tax) and net profit by 32.4718 million yuan. The issuer has not yet obtained the environmental impact assessment for this project. The Thailand Project will build proprietary production capacity for automotive interior parts in Thailand, increasing the company's production and business premises in overseas markets. It is estimated that after reaching full production, it will increase the company's average annual operating income by 453.3578 million yuan (excluding tax) and net profit by 44.7659 million yuan. The Technical Upgrade Project will phase out some old and inefficient equipment, install advanced machinery and equipment required for automotive parts production, expand supporting facilities, and carry out technical upgrades on some existing production lines.
