(1) Company's Main Business
Fousai Technology is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of automotive interior parts. It has been recognized as a Specialized, Refined, Unique, and New Champion Enterprise in Anhui Province, recipient of the Anhui Provincial Patent Award, Anhui Provincial Digital Workshop, Anhui Provincial Industrial Design Center, National Laboratory Accreditation (CNAS), Provincial Digital Transformation Demonstration Benchmark, and "Top Ten Application Cases" for Anhui Provincial Industrial Internet. As an integrated solution provider encompassing product design, mold development and manufacturing, component molding, surface coating, exterior trim, and product assembly, Fousai Technology has, since its establishment, focused on functional components such as air conditioning vents, cup holders, and interior door handles as its primary entry points. It has gradually expanded into decorative components, forming a global business layout with functional components as the main focus and decorative components and new energy three-electric embedded parts as important development directions.
Currently, the company has established cooperative relationships with numerous domestic and international automotive OEMs and well-known parts suppliers. On one hand, the company has direct supply relationships with leading domestic and international vehicle manufacturers such as Great Wall, BYD, North American customers, Ford, and Chery. On the other hand, the company maintains stable cooperation with globally renowned automotive parts suppliers such as Marelli, Newtop, Yanfeng Visteon, Daixie Xichuan, Faurecia, Dekasmi, and Adient, indirectly supplying interior functional or decorative components for multiple models from various OEMs including Nissan, Toyota, Mazda, Geely, Changan, GAC, Xiaomi, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz.
