As the independent director of Chongqing International Composite Materials Co., Ltd., I, Lei Hua, born in October 1974, hold Chinese nationality and do not possess foreign permanent residency. I have a doctoral degree and serve as an associate researcher. I previously worked at the postdoctoral research station of Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and am currently engaged in teaching and research at Zhejiang University, while also serving as the executive director and general manager of Hangzhou Green Scene Technology Co., Ltd., a supervisor at Hangzhou Dingqi Zhonghua Chemical Co., Ltd., and an independent director of the company.
