(1) Personal Background and Professional Experience
I, Yao Junchen, born in February 1964, hold Chinese nationality and do not have permanent residency abroad. I have a doctoral degree in metal materials. From January 2018 to August 2024, I served as the Secretary-General of the China Aeronautics Society; since January 2022, I have been the Vice Chairman of the China Aeronautics Society; and since December 2020, I have been an independent director of AVIC Shanda.
(2) Independence Statement
In 2025, during my tenure as an independent director, I did not hold any position other than that of independent director in the company or its major shareholders. There are no relationships that could hinder my independent judgment, and I meet the independence requirements as per relevant laws and regulations.

(1) Attendance at Meetings
- Attendance at Board and Shareholder Meetings In 2025, I attended all five board meetings and two shareholder meetings, reviewing materials beforehand, participating in discussions, and exercising my voting rights prudently, voting in favor of all proposals without any absences, opposition, or abstentions. I believe that the convening of the board and shareholder meetings complied with legal procedures, and all major decisions were made following relevant protocols.
