About this Report
This report is the first Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) report publicly released by Shangda Superalloy Co., Ltd. It aims to comprehensively disclose the company's management methods, practices, and outcomes in environmental, social, and governance aspects for the year 2025, further strengthening communication with stakeholders and the public, and deepening the concept of sustainable development. The report closely follows the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's "Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 17 - Sustainable Development Reports" (hereinafter referred to as "the Guidelines") and "Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 3 - Preparation of Sustainable Development Reports," while also referencing international standards and frameworks such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the GRI Standards (2021) published by the Global Sustainability Standards Board (GSSB). It combines the company's actual situation and industry characteristics to ensure that the report's content is comprehensive, objective, and transparent. The report preparation follows the requirements of the Guidelines, conducting stakeholder research, identifying material issues, determining indicator frameworks, and information collection. The preparation process is as follows: preliminary research → dual materiality identification, assessment, and analysis → information collection from various departments → report preparation → management review → report release → feedback. The data and cases disclosed in the report are derived from official documents and statistical reports of the company and its invested enterprises. Unless otherwise specified, all amounts shown in this report are in RMB.
About the Company
Shangda Superalloy Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation: Shangda Co., stock code: 301522) was established in August 2007 and is located in the Qinghe Economic Development Zone of Hebei Province. It is a mixed-ownership enterprise with state-owned enterprise participation and an important production and R&D base for key materials in China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry. The company has received the national "May 1st Labor Award," is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, a key "specialized, refined, and innovative" enterprise in Hebei Province, a leading technology enterprise in Hebei Province, and has over 70 national patents. The company has participated in more than 50 national and provincial research projects, passed multiple technology achievement appraisals, and established a national enterprise technology center, a provincial aerospace high-temperature alloy industry technology research institute, and several key laboratories.
Chairman’s Address
2025 marks the concluding year of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and a critical year for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country. Looking back at this year, Shangda Co. has adhered to the principles of craftsmanship and sustainable development, embedding ESG concepts into the fabric of high-quality development. The company has forged core advantages in special alloys through technological innovation, solidifying the foundation of the high-end equipment industry while practicing a low-carbon development path through green manufacturing. In response to societal expectations, the company has actively contributed to national strategies and regional collaborative development. This year, we have set the strategic goal of becoming a benchmark for green, low-carbon, high-performance special alloy materials, exploring new production paths through technological innovation and intelligent applications. We achieved a revenue of 2.407 billion RMB and a total profit of 104 million RMB.
Governance Structure
Shangda Co. has established a governance structure with the shareholders' meeting as the highest authority, and the board of directors and management as the core. The board has four specialized committees. In 2025, the company revised its Articles of Association and related systems, changing the board's strategic committee to the Strategic and ESG Committee, which is responsible for decision-making on long-term development strategies, major investment decisions, sustainable development planning, and ESG management improvements.
