(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recently received a written resignation report from non-independent director Wei Lifeng. Mr. Wei has requested to resign from his position as a director of the Company for personal reasons. His resignation is effective from the date it is delivered to the board, and he will not hold any position in the Company after his resignation.
