(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") (Securities Abbreviation: Wanbang Medicine, Securities Code: 301520) experienced abnormal stock trading fluctuations, as its cumulative increase in closing price deviation exceeded 30% for two consecutive trading days (July 15, 2026, and July 16, 2026), in accordance with the "Trading Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange" and other relevant regulations.
