1. Situation of Senior Management Personnel Departure
Anhui Wanbang Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") announces that it has received a resignation letter from Ms. Zhou Yan, who has applied to resign from her position as Vice President of the Company.
Ms. Zhou's term as a member of the third board of directors will expire on August 21, 2028. According to the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" and the relevant regulations of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the Company will convene a board meeting to discuss her resignation. Ms. Zhou will not hold any position in the Company after her resignation.
As of the date of this announcement, Ms. Zhou has not directly held shares in the Company, through the Fertilizer Group, she holds 93,220 shares, accounting for 0.1398% of the total shares of the Company.
The Company confirms that Ms. Zhou's resignation will not affect the Company's operational activities. Ms. Zhou will continue to perform her duties during her term.
