Implementation Announcement of 2025 Annual Equity Distribution
Shanghai Weike Precision Molding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") announces the equity distribution plan for the year 2025, which was approved at the 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting held on May 26, 2026. The details are as follows:
1. Approval of Profit Distribution Plan
- The profit distribution plan approved at the 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting is as follows: Based on the total share capital of 138,254,866 shares, a cash dividend of RMB 0.70 (including tax) will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling RMB 9,677,840.62. No stock distribution or capital reserve conversion to share capital will occur this year. The remaining undistributed profits will be carried over to the next year. If there is a change in the total share capital, the total amount of profit distribution will be adjusted according to the unchanged cash dividend ratio.
- The total share capital of the Company has not changed from the disclosure to the implementation period of this equity distribution plan.
- The distribution plan implemented is consistent with the plan approved at the 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting.
- The implementation of this distribution plan will not exceed two months from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting.
