(hereinafter referred to as "Zhishang Technology") submitted relevant application documents for the issuance of shares to purchase assets (hereinafter referred to as "this restructuring") to your exchange on August 29, 2025, and received the "Notice of Acceptance of Application Documents for Issuance of Shares to Purchase Assets by Shenzhen Zhishang Technology Co., Ltd." on September 4, 2025. Minmetals Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Independent Financial Advisor") serves as the independent financial advisor for the issuance of shares and cash payment for asset purchases and related transactions (hereinafter referred to as "this transaction") of Shenzhen Zhishang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhishang Technology" or "listed company"). Before this change, the signing appraisers were Xin Na and Li Lianmei, and now it is proposed to change to Xin Na and Li Weiping.
