On January 16, 2026, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange issued the "Inquiry Letter on the Application of Zhejiang Fengmao Technology Co., Ltd. for Issuing Convertible Bonds to Unspecified Objects (Inquiry Letter [2026] 020001)" (hereinafter referred to as "Inquiry Letter"). In response to the inquiries, Zhejiang Fengmao Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fengmao Shares," "the Company," or "the Issuer") has conducted a thorough review of the issues listed in the Inquiry Letter in conjunction with the sponsor, Dongfang Securities Co., Ltd.
