Special Reminder: ● The re-engagement of Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) complies with the "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" (Cai Kuai [2023] No. 4) issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Shenzhen Tiansu Measurement & Testing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the fourth meeting of the fourth Board of Directors on April 25, 2026, and deliberated and approved the "Proposal on Re-engaging the Company's 2026 Audit Firm." The board agreed to appoint Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Rongcheng") as the Company's audit institution for financial statements and internal control for 2026.
