The proposal on "Using Partially Idle Raised Funds and Own Funds for Cash Management" was deliberated and approved. The Company and its subsidiaries are agreed to use a portion of temporarily idle raised funds and own idle funds to purchase wealth management products with high safety, good liquidity, and low to medium risk. The Company and its subsidiaries plan to use idle raised funds (including over-raised funds) not exceeding RMB 200 million for cash management.
