Shenzhen Amperelong Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the issuer, company, Amperelong) applies for the issuance of stocks to specific investors and listing on the ChiNext Board. This application is based on the relevant provisions of the Company Law, Securities Law, and the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Securities Issuance by Listed Companies (hereinafter referred to as the "Refinancing Registration Measures") and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Listing Rules for Securities Issuance and Listing by Listed Companies (hereinafter referred to as the "Review Rules"). Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huatai United Securities, sponsor) acts as the sponsor for this issuance, with Luo Jianqun and Jin Panpan as the designated sponsoring representatives, hereby issuing this sponsorship letter.

The sponsor Huatai United Securities, along with sponsoring representatives Luo Jianqun and Jin Panpan, commits that they will act in good faith, diligently, and responsibly according to the Company Law, Securities Law, and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
