Hongjing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") Audit Committee, in accordance with the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listing Rules No. 2 - Norms for the Operation of GEM Listed Companies," and other laws, regulations, normative documents, and the "Company Articles of Association" and "Audit Committee Work Rules," has diligently performed its duties. (I) Basic Information of the Accounting Firm
Huaxing Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership), formerly known as Fujian Huaxing Certified Public Accountants, was founded in 1981 and was affiliated with the Fujian Provincial Department of Finance. In December 1998, it was separated from its former supervisory unit, the Fujian Provincial Department of Finance, and restructured into Fujian Huaxing Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. In January 2009, it was renamed Fujian Huaxing Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. In December 2013, it was restructured into Huaxing Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership). In July 2019, it was renamed Huaxing Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership). Huaxing Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) is a special general partnership enterprise, with its registered address at Floors 7-9, Block B, Zhongshan Building, Hushan Road, Gulou District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. The chief partner is Mr. Tong Yigong.
As of December 31, 2025, Huaxing Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) has 73 partners and 332 certified public accountants, of whom 185 have signed audit reports for securities service businesses.
