(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received a notice on August 5, 2026, from Zongteng Investment, a shareholder holding over 5% of the Company's shares (hereinafter referred to as "Zongteng Investment"), and the Company's actual controller, Mr. Chen Wenping. Zongteng Investment transferred 36,583,645 shares of the Company (representing 9.00% of the total share capital) to Mr. Chen Wenping through an agreement transfer.
