Legal Opinion of Ganus Law Firm on the Exemption of Mr. Chen Wenping and His Persons Acting in Concert from the Obligation to Make a Tender Offer
To: Savi Technology Co., Ltd.
Ganus Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "this Firm") was engaged by Savi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Savi Technology"). In accordance with the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law"), the Administrative Measures for the Takeover of Listed Companies (hereinafter referred to as the "Takeover Measures"), and other relevant regulations, this Firm issues this legal opinion regarding the exemption from the obligation to make a tender offer for the agreement-based transfer of Savi Technology shares by the Company's actual controller, Mr. Chen Wenping, and his persons acting in concert (hereinafter referred to as the "Transaction").
I. Subject Qualifications for the Transaction

The transferee in this Transaction is the Company's actual controller, Mr. Chen Wenping. His basic information is as follows:
