This equity change is due to the reduction of shares by Beijing Wujin Ke Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Wujin Ke") controlling shareholder and actual controller, Ms. Chen Kun, which has led to a decrease in her shareholding ratio. It does not trigger a mandatory takeover offer and will not result in a change of control of the Company.

After this equity change, the Company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Li Zheng, and his concerted party, Ms. Chen Kun, and Beijing Aoo Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Aoo") collectively hold 48,671,287 shares of the Company. The proportion of shares held by the aforementioned individuals in the Company's current total share capital has decreased from 48.34% to 48.00%, and the equity change has reached an integer multiple of 1%.

On July 11, 2026, the Company disclosed the "Announcement on Pre-disclosure of Share Reduction by Controlling Shareholder and Actual Controller" (Announcement No.: 2026-044) on the Juchao Information Network (http://www.cninfo.com.cn). Ms. Chen Kun, the controlling shareholder and actual controller holding 15,771,524 shares of the Company (accounting for 15.55% of the Company's total share capital), planned to reduce her holdings by no more than 3,041,772 shares (accounting for 3.00% of the Company's current total share capital) within three months from 15 trading days after the disclosure of the reduction plan announcement, through centralized bidding and/or block trading.
