(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received notification from its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Li Zheng, and Ms. Chen Kun, that a portion of the shares held by the aforementioned individuals in the Company has been released from pledge. The relevant procedures have been completed at China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited. The relevant situation is hereby announced as follows:
