(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is in the process of applying to issue H share stock and list on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Hong Kong Stock Exchange") (hereinafter referred to as the "Offering and Listing").
On December 1, 2025, the Company submitted its application for the Offering and Listing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and published the application materials for the Offering and Listing on the website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the same day. On June 4, 2026, in accordance with the plan for the Offering and Listing and the relevant requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Company submitted updated application materials for the Offering and Listing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and published the updated application materials for the Offering and Listing on the website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the same day.
