Evaluation Report on the Performance of the Accounting Firm for 2025
Guoke Hengtai (Beijing) Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") appointed Xinyong Zhonghe Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Xinyong Zhonghe") as the Company's auditing institution for the year 2025. Xinyong Zhonghe Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Xinyong Zhonghe") was established on March 2, 2012, with its registered address at 8th Floor, Block A, Fuhua Building, No. 8 Chaoyangmen North Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing. The chief partner is Mr. Tan Xiaoqing. As of December 31, 2025, Xinyong Zhonghe has 257 partners and 1,799 certified public accountants, with over 700 certified public accountants having signed audit reports for securities service businesses.
