Announcement on Application for Comprehensive Credit Facility from Bank

Beijing Ruimait Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has convened the 19th meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors on April 22, 2026, and approved the proposal to apply for a comprehensive credit facility from the bank. The Company and its controlling subsidiaries are authorized to apply for a credit facility not exceeding RMB 2.5 billion (including RMB 2.5 billion). The credit services include but are not limited to loans, acceptance bills, discounts, letters of credit, advances, guarantees, payments, factoring, and foreign exchange derivative transactions. The aforementioned credit limit does not equal the actual financing amount of the Company, which shall be determined based on the actual financing amount agreed upon between financial institutions and the Company within the credit limit. The application for the comprehensive credit facility must be approved by the shareholders' meeting before implementation, and the validity period is from the date of approval by the Company's 2025 annual shareholders' meeting until the date of the 2026 annual shareholders' meeting.
