Zhengzhou Zhongzhi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 13th meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors on March 26, 2026. The meeting deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Re-appointing the 2026 Audit Firm". It was agreed that the Company would continue to appoint Xinyong Zhonghe Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the Company's 2026 audit firm. Based on the specific audit requirements and scope for 2026, the audit fees related to Xinyong Zhonghe were determined through negotiation based on the principle of fair and reasonable pricing. The Board of Directors' Audit Committee fulfilled its duties in accordance with relevant regulations.
