Announcement on Shareholder Reducing Holdings Below 5% and Change in Equity
Hunan Yueneng New Energy Battery Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") announces that its shareholder, Hunan Yufu Venture Capital Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), which holds more than 5% of the shares, has reduced its holdings to below 5%.
The shareholder guarantees that the information disclosed is true, accurate, and complete, without any false records, misleading statements, or significant omissions. The Company and all members of the board of directors ensure that the announcement content is consistent with the information provided by the information disclosure obligor.
Special Reminder:
- This equity change is due to the reduction in the shareholder's shareholding ratio and does not trigger a tender offer, will not lead to a change in the company's control, and will not adversely affect the company's normal production and operations.
- After this equity change, Hunan Yufu holds 42,166,990 shares of the Company, accounting for 4.9999% of the current total share capital, and is no longer a shareholder holding more than 5% of the Company.
