1. Overview of Guarantees
To meet the needs of the company's business development, the company plans to provide guarantees for its consolidated subsidiaries to apply for credit from banks and other financial and non-financial institutions in 2026 (specific implementation may involve signing relevant financing or non-financing guarantee contracts and documents based on negotiations with relevant institutions). The proposed new guarantee limit does not exceed RMB 4.5 billion.
