The profit distribution plan approved by the board of directors is: based on 843,340,214 shares, a cash dividend of 3.56 RMB (including tax) will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with no bonus shares (including tax), and no shares will be transferred from the capital reserve to all shareholders for every 10 shares.
