Announcement on Cancellation and Opening of Special Settlement Accounts for Idle Raised Funds Cash Management

To improve the efficiency of using idle raised funds, reasonably utilize temporarily idle raised funds, and increase the company's investment income and shareholder returns, Enbase Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 20th meeting of the Third Board of Directors and the 19th meeting of the Third Supervisory Board on September 10, 2025. The proposal on the use of part of the temporarily idle raised funds for cash management was deliberated and approved. The Company and its subsidiaries are permitted to use a portion of temporarily idle raised funds (including over-raised funds) not exceeding RMB 800 million (inclusive) for cash management. The authorized amount and its validity period are within 12 months from the date of approval by the Board of Directors, and it will be used on a revolving basis within this limit.
