Wei Feng Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the second meeting of the Third Board of Directors' Nomination Committee, the ninth meeting of the Third Board of Directors' Audit Committee, and the sixth meeting of the Third Board of Directors on July 13, 2026. The resolution on "Proposal on Change of Financial Controller and Appointment of Deputy General Manager" was considered and approved.
It is agreed to appoint Mr. Yu Jinghe as the Financial Controller and Deputy General Manager of the Company. His term of office shall commence from the date of approval by the Board of Directors until the end of the term of the Third Board of Directors.
