(hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Weifeng Electronics") disclosed the "Announcement on the Pre-disclosure of the Share Reduction Plan by the Company's Controlling Shareholder, Actual Controller, and Joint Actor" (Announcement No.: 2026-031) on the CNINFO website (http://www.cninfo.com.cn) on May 18, 2026. Ms. Luo Shaochun, a joint actor of the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and Chairman Mr. Li Wenhua, and Kangnate (Shenzhen) Industrial Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Kangnate") will reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 4,780,371 shares (accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding transactions and block trading within three months from 15 trading days after the date of this announcement.
On June 12, 2026, the company received a notice from shareholder Ms. Luo Shaochun. Ms. Luo Shaochun reduced her holdings of the company's shares by 398,364 shares through centralized bidding on June 12, 2026, accounting for 0.2500% of the total share capital.
