The Hefei Yaohai District People's Court accepted the dispute case filed by Shaanxi Construction Engineering First Construction Group Co., Ltd. against the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Boxun Optoelectronics Technology (Hefei) Co., Ltd. (Case No.: (2025) Wan 0102 Min Chu No. 18154), with a claim amount of RMB 47.0395 million.
