Announcement on the Election of Employee Representative Director for the Third Board of Directors

Kunshan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is approaching the end of the term of its second board of directors. In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 2 - Standardized Operations of GEM Listed Companies," and other relevant laws, regulations, and the Company's articles of association, the Company held an employee representative assembly on May 29, 2026. During the assembly, the attending employee representatives reviewed and voted to elect Ms. Li Hongli as the employee representative director for the Company's third board of directors, with a term consistent with that of the third board.
