We have deepened our ESG governance practices and steadily advanced in the intelligent manufacturing and smart logistics sectors, achieving synergistic growth in enterprise quality and social value.
Innovation-driven, leading industrial upgrading. We persist in technological innovation as our core competitiveness, closely following the technological development trends of "intelligent, flexible, and green." We have led or participated in the formulation of multiple industry standards. Our intelligent equipment and solutions have been successfully implemented in various industries, including tobacco, liquor, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and energy, creating numerous benchmark projects and winning significant industry technology awards, empowering industrial high-quality development through technology.
Governance innovation, solidifying the foundation for development. We have comprehensively deepened corporate governance reform, improved the "two boards and one level" governance structure, established specialized committee operation mechanisms for the board of directors, and revised multiple governance systems to clarify responsibilities and ensure scientific and compliant decision-making. We have actively promoted the construction of the ESG system, establishing a three-tier governance structure of "decision-making, management, and execution," deeply integrating the concept of sustainable development into all aspects of business operations, and earning industry honors for sustainable development through our solid practical achievements. We uphold the principle of integrity in business operations, building a comprehensive anti-corruption system, conducting multiple rounds of special training, and signing integrity agreements with suppliers to foster a clean and upright business ecosystem.
Green development, practicing social responsibility. We actively respond to the national "dual carbon" goals, integrating green concepts throughout the entire process of production and operation. Through process optimization, energy-saving equipment upgrades, and resource recycling initiatives, we continuously reduce operational energy consumption and environmental impact, establishing a comprehensive environmental management system and obtaining relevant certifications. We care about the growth of our employees, improving compensation and benefits and career development systems, building systematic and tiered training platforms, and establishing diversified employee care mechanisms to ensure employees gain a sense of belonging and happiness through their development within the company.
