Changjiang Securities Underwriting and Sponsorship Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changjiang Sponsorship"), as the sponsor for the initial public offering of Yili Chuanling Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chuanling Biotechnology" or "the Company") on the ChiNext market, has conducted a review of the "Yili Chuanling Biotechnology Co., Ltd. 2025 Internal Control Self-Evaluation Report" (hereinafter referred to as the "Internal Control Self-Evaluation Report") in accordance with the "Administrative Measures for Securities Issuance and Listing Sponsorship Business," the "ChiNext Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulation Regulatory Guidelines No. 2 – Norms for Operation of ChiNext Listed Companies," and the "Basic Norms for Enterprise Internal Control," etc. The review findings and opinions are as follows:
