Special Reminder:
- Yili Chuaning Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") plans to distribute profits for the year 2025 as follows: based on the total share capital of 2,230,085,000 shares as of December 31, 2025, a cash dividend of 1.73 yuan (tax included) will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders. In 2025, the Company will not implement a capital reserve transfer to increase share capital or issue bonus shares.
- The Company's cash dividend plan does not trigger any potential risk warning situations as stipulated in Article 9.4 (8) of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's GEM Listing Rules.
I. Review Procedures
On March 27, 2026, the Company held the 14th meeting of the 2nd Board of Directors, where the proposal regarding the profit distribution plan for 2025 was reviewed and approved. All directors unanimously agreed to submit this profit distribution plan to the Company's 2025 annual shareholders' meeting for deliberation.
