I. Meeting Information
The 22nd meeting of the 4th Board of Directors of Baoding Dongli Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was held on May 29, 2026 (Friday) in the company meeting room, combining on-site and remote communication. The meeting notice was sent to all directors via email on May 25, 2026. A total of 9 directors were supposed to attend, and all 9 directors were present (with Wang Zheng attending remotely). The meeting was chaired by Vice Chairman Wang Jiajie, with the board secretary and some senior management personnel in attendance. The meeting complied with relevant laws, regulations, rules, and the Company’s Articles of Association.
