(1) Approval of Securities and Derivatives Investment
On August 12, 2025, the 10th meeting of the Audit Committee of the Company's 4th Board of Directors reviewed and approved the proposal on conducting foreign exchange hedging business and agreed to submit this proposal to the Board of Directors for review. On August 22, 2025, the 15th meeting of the Company's 4th Board of Directors reviewed and approved the proposal on conducting foreign exchange hedging business, allowing the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries to use a total amount of up to $13 million in USD and €7.5 million in EUR (including amounts related to the re-trading of hedging business profits) of its own funds for foreign exchange hedging business. The effective period is within 12 months from the date of approval by the 15th meeting of the 4th Board of Directors, and the aforementioned limits can be used in a rolling manner within the effective period.
