Shanghai Zuzhen Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Zuzhen"), holding 20,000,000 shares of the Company (accounting for 2.69% of the Company's total share capital as of May 22, 2026), and Shanghai Zizu Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Zizu"), holding 10,000,000 shares of the Company (accounting for 1.35% of the Company's total share capital as of May 22, 2026), planned to reduce their holdings within three months from the date of this announcement of the share reduction plan through centralized bidding, block trading, and other methods, not exceeding 6,362,709 shares and 3,568,791 shares, respectively.
