In 2025, Zhejiang Zhucheng Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") strictly adhered to relevant laws and regulations in its management operations, diligently fulfilling the responsibilities assigned by the Board of Directors. As of the end of 2025, the Company’s total assets amounted to 3.03 billion yuan, with equity attributable to shareholders of the listed company at 1.917 billion yuan. In 2025, the Company achieved operating revenue of 1.759 billion yuan, an increase of 9.73% year-on-year, and a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 209 million yuan, an increase of 12.53% year-on-year.

Steady Growth in Home Appliance Connector Revenue
The Company strengthened strategic partnerships with existing core customers, actively meeting their demands for product intelligence and personalization, responding to the policy call for domestic substitution, and continuously improving product quality and R&D technology levels, resulting in steady growth in home appliance connector revenue. -
Continuous Increase in R&D Investment
The Company has focused on R&D investment since its establishment, continuously developing new technologies and processes that have been transformed into technological achievements. By the end of the reporting period, the Company had obtained a total of 191 patent technologies (including 33 invention patents) and was recognized by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology as a "Zhejiang Science and Technology Enterprise," a "National High-tech Enterprise," and a national-level specialized and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise. The Company’s new high-precision connectors were included in the national "Spark Program" and "Torch Program" by the Ministry of Science and Technology. -
Improving Production Efficiency and Cost Control
In precision manufacturing, the Company achieved industry-leading standards in mold stability through continuous improvements in mold design, processing, and precision control. In intelligent production, the Company implemented lean, automated, and information-based manufacturing through online CCD monitoring and intelligent material control systems, in conjunction with ERP and MES systems. The Company was recognized by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology as a Zhejiang Intelligent Factory (Digital Workshop), a provincial-level green low-carbon factory, and a clean production enterprise.
