Special Audit Report on Non-Operating Fund Occupation and Other Related Fund Transactions
Introduction
We have been entrusted to audit the financial statements of Zhejiang Zhucheng Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhucheng Technology) for the year 2025, including the consolidated and parent company balance sheets as of December 31, 2025, the consolidated and parent company income statements, consolidated and parent company cash flow statements, and the statement of changes in owners' equity, along with the notes to the financial statements, and have issued an audit report. Based on this, we audited the attached summary table of non-operating fund occupation and other related fund transactions prepared by the management of Zhucheng Technology for the year 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the summary table).
