I. Audit Opinion
We have audited the financial statements of Hangzhou Qianqi Zaowu Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "your company"), including the consolidated and parent company balance sheets as of December 31, 2024, December 31, 2025, and June 30, 2026, the consolidated and parent company income statements, consolidated and parent company cash flow statements, and consolidated and parent company statements of changes in shareholders' equity for the years 2024, 2025, and January-June 2026, as well as the related notes to the financial statements.
In our opinion, the accompanying financial statements have been prepared in all material respects in accordance with the Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises and fairly reflect the consolidated and parent company financial position of your company as of December 31, 2024, December 31, 2025, and June 30, 2026, as well as the consolidated and parent company operating results and cash flows for the years 2024, 2025, and January-June 2026.
II. Basis for Audit Opinion
We conducted our audit in accordance with the Auditing Standards for Certified Public Accountants of China. The "Responsibilities of Certified Public Accountants for the Audit of Financial Statements" section of the audit report further elaborates on our responsibilities under these standards. In accordance with the independence standards for certified public accountants in China and the Code of Ethics for Certified Public Accountants in China applicable to the audit of financial statements of public interest entities, we are independent of your company and have fulfilled other responsibilities regarding independence and professional ethics. We believe that the audit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for our audit opinion.
III. Responsibilities of Management and Those Charged with Governance for the Financial Statements
The management of your company (hereinafter referred to as "management") is responsible for preparing financial statements in accordance with the Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises to achieve fair presentation, and for designing, executing, and maintaining necessary internal controls so that the financial statements are free from material misstatement due to fraud or error.
When preparing the financial statements, management is responsible for assessing your company's ability to continue as a going concern, disclosing matters related to going concern, and applying the going concern assumption, unless management plans to liquidate your company, cease operations, or has no other realistic alternative.
Those charged with governance are responsible for overseeing your company's financial reporting process.
IV. Responsibilities of Certified Public Accountants for the Audit of Financial Statements
Our objective is to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement due to fraud or error, and to issue an audit report that includes our audit opinion. Reasonable assurance is a high level of assurance, but it does not guarantee that an audit conducted in accordance with auditing standards will always detect a material misstatement when it exists. Misstatements can arise from fraud or error and are considered material if, individually or in the aggregate, they could reasonably be expected to influence the economic decisions of users taken on the basis of these financial statements.
