(hereinafter referred to as "the company") to send lawyers to attend the company's second extraordinary shareholders' meeting in 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "this meeting"). The lawyers conducted on-site legal witness verification of the convening and holding procedures of this meeting, the qualifications of attendees and conveners, the voting procedures, and the validity of the voting results, and issued this legal opinion. The lawyers of this firm issued this legal opinion based on the relevant provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "the Company Law"), the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "the Securities Law"), the Rules for Shareholders' Meetings of Listed Companies (hereinafter referred to as "the Meeting Rules"), and other current laws, regulations, normative documents, as well as the Articles of Association of Hunan Aibulu Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Articles of Association").
