Suzhou Fushilai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from Director Ms. Shen Yingxian. Ms. Shen Yingxian has applied to resign from her position as a non-independent director and member of the Strategy Committee due to personal reasons. Her original term was scheduled to expire on September 10, 2028. After her resignation, she will no longer hold any positions in the Company or its subsidiaries.
