- The Company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.20 RMB (including tax) for every 10 shares based on the total share capital of 169,225,440 shares at the end of 2025, totaling 20,307,052.80 RMB (including tax). There will be no capital reserve conversion to increase share capital, and no bonus shares will be issued. If there are changes in the total share capital before the implementation of the profit distribution plan, the total distribution amount will be adjusted according to the unchanged distribution ratio.
- The total share capital of the Company has not changed from the disclosure of the profit distribution plan to the implementation period.
- The equity distribution plan implemented is consistent with the distribution plan approved by the shareholders' meeting.
