Statement and Commitment of Independent Director Candidate
I, Ding Jian, as a candidate for the independent director of the Fourth Board of Directors of Zhejiang Hengwei Battery Co., Ltd., have fully understood and agreed to be nominated by the nominator, Zhejiang Hengwei Battery Co., Ltd. Board of Directors, as a candidate for the independent director of the Fourth Board of Directors of Zhejiang Hengwei Battery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). I hereby publicly declare and guarantee that there are no relationships between myself and the Company that affect my independence, and that I meet the qualifications and independence requirements for independent director candidates stipulated by relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents, and the business rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
