(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has entered into a partnership with professional investment institutions (hereinafter referred to as "the Partner") to participate in the investment of Changsha New Industry Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Fund"). The Fund is expected to raise a total of 1 billion RMB, with the Company contributing 300 million RMB, accounting for 30% of the total fund. The Fund is currently in the process of raising capital.
According to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's listing rules, the Company will disclose relevant information regarding this investment in accordance with applicable regulations.
